The Hydraforce 5610506.M48 (5610506.M48) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. Functionally, the RV10-20X model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to move the poppet from its seat, thus allowing flow. This valve is known for its fast response to load changes and is suitable for typical hydraulic circuits that require low internal leakage. It is important to note that while this model can be used in existing and new applications, it has been superseded by the RVD58-20 model, which offers better performance characteristics such as improved pressure rise and a smaller size without compromising on pressure and flow ratings.
