The Hydraforce 5610504.M180 (5610504.M180) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. It is compatible with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that have lubricating properties. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, thereby offering fast response to load changes while maintaining low internal leakage. Although it supersedes some existing applications, users are encouraged to consider the RVD58-20 as a potential alternative due to its superior performance characteristics. The RV10-20X is not recommended for crossover applications and does not serve as a drop-in replacement but offers competitive cost and comparable pressure and flow ratings in a smaller size.
