The Hydraforce 5610409.32.5 (5610409.32.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in standard hydraulic circuit protection. This model, known as the RV10-20X, is suitable for both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The valve functions by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, ensuring rapid response to load changes in hydraulic circuits that demand low internal leakage. This relief valve is not recommended for crossover applications and should be considered primarily for existing and new applications where a reliable pressure-limiting solution is required.
