The Hydraforce 5610408.M120 is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in hydraulic circuit protection. This model is compatible with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing for fast response to load changes in hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. It is important to note that this model has been superseded by the RVD58-20, which offers enhanced performance and features such as better pressure rise characteristics and a smaller size.
