The Hydraforce 5610407V.M40 (5610407V.M40) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This component is engineered for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until enough pressure builds at port 1 to displace the poppet from its seat, thereby providing fast response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. It is important to note that the GRV10-20 corrosion-resistant version of this valve is not recommended for crossover applications. This product has been superseded by the RVD58-20, which offers enhanced features such as a smaller size with comparable pressure and flow ratings, improved pressure rise characteristics, and competitive cost. However, it should be noted that the RVD58-20 is not a drop-in replacement for existing installations of the RV10-20X.
