The Hydraforce 5610407.M83 (5610407.M83) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device for standard hydraulic circuit protection. This component is suitable for use with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat. Known for its rapid response to load changes, this valve is ideal for typical hydraulic circuits that demand low internal leakage. While it can be used in both existing and new applications, the RVD58-20 is recommended as a superior alternative due to its comparable pressure and flow ratings, smaller size, better pressure rise characteristics, and competitive cost.
