The Hydraforce 5610406.03 (5610406.03) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is compatible with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. It effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, providing rapid response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. The RV10-20X model is particularly suitable for applications where fast response times are critical and where internal leakage must be minimized. However, it is important to note that the GRV10-20 corrosion-resistant version of this valve is not recommended for crossover applications.
