The Hydraforce 5610060.02.75 (Material Number: 5610060.02.75) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is suitable for use with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is high enough to unseat the poppet, allowing for fast response to load changes in hydraulic circuits where low internal leakage is crucial. This valve has been superseded by the RVD58-20 model, which offers improved features such as better pressure rise characteristics and a smaller size while maintaining comparable pressure and flow ratings. The RV10-20X is not recommended for crossover applications, particularly when considering the corrosion-resistant GRV10-20 version.
