The Hydraforce 5610010.M25 (5610010.M25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for use as a pressure-limiting device in common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is suitable for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that have lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing fluid passage. Its design ensures a fast response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. The RV10-20X model is not recommended for crossover applications and should not be used as a drop-in replacement for newer models like the RVD58-20, which offers better overall performance characteristics such as improved pressure rise and comparable response rates in a smaller form factor.
