The Hydraforce 5610009.M200 (5610009.M200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in hydraulic circuits. This valve is engineered to operate with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat. It boasts a rapid response to load changes and maintains low internal leakage, making it suitable for typical hydraulic systems requiring reliable circuit protection. While this model is effective in its function, Hydraforce suggests considering their RVD58-20 model as an alternative due to its enhanced features such as smaller size, comparable pressure and flow ratings, better pressure rise characteristics, and competitive cost. However, it should be noted that the RVD58-20 is not a direct drop-in replacement for all applications of the RV10-20X.
