The Hydraforce 5610003.M80 (Material Number: 5610003.M80) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This versatile component is suitable for use with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, thus providing rapid response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. While this valve is suitable for existing applications, it can also be functionally replaced by the RVD58-20 valve in most scenarios, which offers better pressure rise characteristics and similar response rates in a smaller size. However, it should be noted that the GRV10-20 corrosion-resistant version of this valve is not recommended for crossover applications.
