The Hydraforce 5610003.M200 (5610003.M200) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is suitable for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, providing rapid response to load changes in typical hydraulic systems while maintaining low internal leakage. Although this product has been succeeded by the RVD58-20, which offers enhanced features such as smaller size and better pressure rise characteristics, the RV10-20X remains a reliable choice for existing and new applications where these specific configurations are required. It should be noted that the corrosion-resistant version GRV10-20 is not recommended for crossover applications.
