The Hydraforce 5610003.33 (Material Number 5610003.33) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. It is compatible with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, thereby providing fast response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. This makes it ideal for applications where quick adjustments to pressure fluctuations are necessary while ensuring reliable circuit protection. The valve offers robust performance but may be functionally replaced by the RVD58-20 model in most applications, which provides better pressure rise characteristics and a comparable response rate in a smaller size.
