The Hydraforce 5610002.M135 (5610002.M135) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is compatible with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, ensuring rapid response to load changes in hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. Although it has been superseded by the RVD58-20, which offers improved features such as smaller size and better pressure rise characteristics, the RV10-20X remains a reliable option for existing and new applications where a direct drop-in replacement is not necessary. However, it should be noted that the GRV10-20 corrosion-resistant version of this valve is not recommended for crossover applications.
