The Hydraforce 5610002.M120 (5610002.M120) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in common hydraulic circuit protection. It is compatible with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the poppet from its seat, ensuring quick response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. Although it serves well in existing and new applications, users are encouraged to consider the RVD58-20 as a functional replacement due to its superior performance characteristics such as a comparable response rate, better pressure rise characteristics, and smaller size.
