The Hydraforce 5610001NC.M41 (5610001NC.M41) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to function as a pressure-limiting device for hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is suitable for use with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model is engineered to block flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, thereby providing fast response to load changes in hydraulic circuits that require low internal leakage. It is important to note that while this model serves existing and new applications effectively, Hydraforce suggests considering their newer RVD58-20 relief valve for most applications due to its superior performance characteristics. However, the RV10-20X remains a reliable option where a smaller valve with similar pressure and flow ratings is necessary. The GRV10-20 corrosion-resistant version of this valve is not recommended for crossover applications.
