The Hydraforce 5610001.M60 (5610001.M60) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve. It is designed to function as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection and is compatible with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that have lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing flow through the valve. This design offers rapid response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. It's important to note that although this model has been superseded by the RVD58-20, which offers improved features such as better pressure rise characteristics and a smaller size, the RV10-20X remains suitable for existing and some new applications where a direct replacement is not required.
