The Hydraforce 5610001.M35 (Material Number: 5610001.M35) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed to serve as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This valve is engineered for use with mineral-based or synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, allowing for fast response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits while maintaining low internal leakage. This model is intended for existing and new applications, although it can be functionally replaced by the RVD58-20 valve in most scenarios. The RV10-20X model offers comparable pressure and flow ratings with a similar response rate and better pressure rise characteristics compared to its alternatives.
