The Hydraforce 5610001.02 (5610001.02) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for pressure limiting in common hydraulic circuit protection. It is compatible with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids with lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 becomes sufficient to unseat the poppet, ensuring fast response to load changes while maintaining low internal leakage. This relief valve is suitable for existing and new applications, although Hydraforce recommends considering their RVD58-20 model as a superior alternative due to its smaller size, better pressure rise characteristics, and comparable response rate and cost. The RV10-20X is not recommended for crossover applications when using the GRV10-20 corrosion-resistant version.
