The Hydraforce 5610000.M9 is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to function as a pressure-limiting device for common hydraulic circuit protection. This model is suitable for use with both mineral-based and synthetic hydraulic fluids that possess lubricating properties. The RV10-20X model efficiently blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the poppet, thereby offering rapid response to load changes in typical hydraulic circuits. This valve is particularly noted for its low internal leakage, which enhances its reliability and performance in various applications. While this model has been superseded by the RVD58-20, which offers better pressure rise characteristics and a smaller size with comparable pressure and flow ratings, it remains a viable option for existing applications where a direct replacement is not feasible.
