The Hydraforce 5607401.04 (5607401.04) is a direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic sequence valve known as the PS08-30. This valve is designed to efficiently manage hydraulic flow by directing oil to a secondary circuit once a predetermined pressure threshold is reached in the primary circuit. In its default state, it blocks flow at port 1 while permitting flow from port 2 to port 3. Upon reaching the set pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to allow flow from port 1 to port 2. Key features include non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 165.5 bar (2400 psi). The PS08-30 is engineered with a hardened spool and cage, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability in demanding applications. Its compact design adheres to industry-common sizes, facilitating easy integration into existing systems without requiring significant modifications.
