The Hydraforce 5606540PS.M230 (5606540PS.M230) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber. This valve is specifically designed to regulate pressure in secondary hydraulic circuits. In its normal operating state, the pr58-38xxx model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drain through port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow from port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 and providing relief from port 1 to port 3 as needed. The valve includes a feature where adjustments cannot be backed out, preventing the springs from becoming solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (4200 psi) and an optional 233-micron screen for enhanced performance.
