The Hydraforce 5606529.09 (5606529.09) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve featuring an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber. This versatile valve is engineered to serve as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits in hydraulic systems. In its default state, the PR58-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow between port 2 and port 1, with the spring chamber being continuously drained through port 3. When a predetermined pressure level is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1 while also allowing for pressure relief from port 1 to port 3. To enhance functionality and durability, this model includes features such as adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and adjustments that prevent springs from going solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (4200 psi) and can be fitted with an optional 233-micron screen for additional protection. The components are constructed with hardened spools and cages to ensure longevity and reliable performance over time. Additionally, its compact size aligns with industry standards for ease of integration into various systems.
