The Hydraforce 5606516.M250 (5606516.M250) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. This versatile component features an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber, making it an efficient pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, the PR58-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1 and relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. The design includes optional protection for port 2 with a 60 x 60 mesh screen and offers adjustable features that prevent adjustments from being backed out of the valve or causing springs to go solid. It also includes optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (4200 psi) and a choice of an optional 233-micron screen.
