The Hydraforce 5606507.04 (5606507.04) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve with an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber. This valve is engineered to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, the PR58-38XXX model allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. Once a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. In this mode, the valve also has the capability to relieve excess pressure from port 1 to port 3. Additionally, there is an option to protect port 2 with a 60 x 60 mesh screen for added durability and performance reliability. This hydraulic valve features non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from becoming solid, ensuring consistent operation and longevity. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (4200 psi) and can be equipped with an optional 233-micron screen for enhanced filtration capabilities. The design includes a hardened spool and cage which contribute to its extended service life. Its compact size aligns with industry standards, making it suitable for various applications where space may be limited but reliable performance is essential.
