The Hydraforce 5606452P.30 (5606452P.30) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve with an internal spring chamber drain and spool damping chamber. It is designed to function as a pressure regulating device for secondary circuits. In its steady state, the PR58-38XXX model allows flow to pass bidirectionally from port 2 to port 1 while keeping the spring chamber constantly drained at port 3. Once a predetermined pressure level is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating pressure at port 1. In this regulated mode, the valve can also relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and prohibit springs from going solid, ensuring consistent performance and reliability. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (4200 psi) and comes with an optional 233-micron screen for enhanced functionality.
