The Hydraforce 5606450R.02 (5606450R.02) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve. It features an internal spring chamber drain and a spool damping chamber, making it highly efficient for pressure regulation in secondary circuits. In its default state, this valve allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while keeping the spring chamber constantly drained at port 3. When a predetermined pressure is reached at port 1, the cartridge shifts to block flow at port 2, thereby regulating the pressure at port 1 and relieving excess pressure from port 1 to port 3 if necessary. This model can be equipped with an optional 60 x 60 mesh screen for protection at port 2. Designed with durability in mind, it includes hardened spool and cage components for extended life and reliability. The valve also offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (4200 psi) and an optional 233-micron screen for enhanced performance.
