The Hydraforce 5606400.01.80 (5606400.01.80) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting spool-type hydraulic pressure reducing/relieving valve with an internal pilot and internal spring chamber drain. Known as the PR08-32X, this valve is engineered to serve as a pressure regulating device specifically for secondary circuits in stable input flow systems. In its normal operating state, the PR08-32X allows bidirectional flow from port 2 to port 1 while maintaining a constant drainage of the spring chamber at port 3. Upon reaching a predetermined pressure at port 1, the valve shifts to block flow at port 2, effectively regulating the pressure at port 1. Additionally, in this regulated mode, it can relieve pressure from port 1 to port 3 at a variable value above the set reducing pressure. Key features of this hydraulic valve include its non-backable adjustments that prevent springs from going solid and optional spring ranges up to 152 bar (2200 psi). The hardened spool and cage design ensure long-lasting durability and reliability in operation. Its compact size conforms to industry-common dimensions, making it suitable for integration into various hydraulic systems where space is limited but reliable performance is critical. This product is ideal for applications requiring precise control over hydraulic pressures within secondary circuits while ensuring longevity through its robust construction materials and design principles.
