The Hydraforce 5600530V.M100 (5600530V.M100) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed to control pressure in low-flow applications that manage pilot operating valves. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the spring-opposed poppet from its seat. The valve features adjustments that cannot be backed out and offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. It is constructed with a hardened poppet and cage for enhanced durability and offers optional spring ranges up to 241 bar (3500 psi). The RV08-29X ensures smooth response to pressure surges and fits an industry-common cavity in a compact size. While this model serves existing and new applications, it can be functionally replaced by the RVD58-20 relief valve in most cases due to comparable pressure and flow ratings, better pressure rise characteristics, smaller size, no dynamic seal, and competitive cost.
