The Hydraforce 5600409.M60 (5600409.M60) is a hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits requiring minimal internal leakage. This screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the spring-opposed poppet. It features non-backable adjustments and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. Adjustment options A, B, and C include positive stops that prevent springs from becoming solid. The valve supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and delivers rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it offers an optional bi-directional pressure feature with the appropriate seal option. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
