The Hydraforce 5600409.M40 (5600409.M40) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve specifically designed for lower flow circuits that demand low internal leakage. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until adequate pressure at port 1 is achieved to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It comes with a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments A, B, and C that feature positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it has an optional bi-directional pressure feature which requires the bi-directional pressure seal option. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
