The Hydraforce 5600409.M240 (5600409.M240) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This model, known as the RV08-20X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. The valve comes with various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets, and features positive stops that prevent the springs from going solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, there is an optional bi-directional pressure capability available with a bi-directional pressure seal option.
