The Hydraforce 5600409.M230 (5600409.M230) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. It operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. This model features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustment options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. It offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. A bi-directional pressure option is available with the bi-directional pressure seal. The compact size of this valve makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
