The Hydraforce 5600409.M120 (5600409.M120) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments with positive stops to prevent springs from solidifying. The valve can handle optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and responds rapidly to pressure changes. For applications requiring bi-directional pressure, an optional bi-directional pressure seal is available. Its compact size makes it suitable for installations where space is limited.
