The Hydraforce 5600409.M116 is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require minimal internal leakage. This valve model, known as RV08-20X, effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to overcome the spring-opposed poppet seat. It features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent spring compression beyond limits. The RV08-20X offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and a rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, an optional bi-directional pressure seal allows for bi-directional pressure handling. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications with space constraints.
