The Hydraforce 5600405.M25 (5600405.M25) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve specifically designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to overcome the spring-opposed poppet. It features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi), ensuring rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, there is an option for bi-directional pressure, which requires a bi-directional pressure seal. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
