The Hydraforce 5600401.M24 (Material Number: 5600401.M24) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This valve effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory preset settings. Adjustments A, B, and C come with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve can handle optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and responds rapidly to pressure changes. Additionally, there is an option for bi-directional pressure with a bi-directional pressure seal option available. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
