The Hydraforce 5600304.M315 is a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting, poppet type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This model, known as the RV58-20X, is engineered to block flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to unseat the spring-opposed poppet. It features a high operating pressure rating of up to 345 bar (5000 psi) and offers a bi-directional pressure option. The valve comes with various adjustment options that ensure rapid response to pressure changes while preventing the adjustments from being backed out or causing the springs to go solid. Its compact size makes it ideal for applications where space is limited. Although the RV58-20X is suitable for existing and new applications, it can be functionally replaced by the RVD58-20 in most scenarios due to comparable pressure and flow ratings, response rate, and better pressure rise characteristics. The RVD58-20 also offers a smaller size without dynamic seals at a competitive cost.
