The Hydraforce 5600303V.30 (Material Number: 5600303V.30) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require minimal internal leakage. This valve operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to move the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and offers various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options A, B, and C include positive stops to prevent springs from becoming solid. The valve supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it offers an optional bi-directional pressure feature with the appropriate seal option and boasts a compact size for ease of integration into systems.
