The Hydraforce 5600302V.19.5 (5600302V.19.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits with a need for minimal internal leakage. This model, known as the RV08-20X, operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 reaches a level sufficient to unseat the spring-opposed poppet. It features various pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments with positive stops that prevent springs from going solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. Additionally, it has an optional bi-directional pressure capability when equipped with a bi-directional pressure seal option. The compact size of the RV08-20X makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
