The Hydraforce 5600301.M55 is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits where low internal leakage is crucial. This model operates by blocking flow from port 1 to port 2 until sufficient pressure at port 1 forces the spring-opposed poppet off its seat. It features a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and adjustments with positive stops to prevent the springs from going solid. The valve offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. There is also an optional bi-directional pressure feature that requires a bi-directional pressure seal option. The compact size of the RV08-20X makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
