The Hydraforce 5600301.05.5 (5600301.05.5) is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits that require low internal leakage. This model effectively blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until a sufficient pressure level at port 1 causes the spring-opposed poppet to lift off its seat. It features non-back-out adjustments and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets and options A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. The valve supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. For applications requiring bi-directional pressure, an optional bi-directional pressure seal is available. The RV08-20X is compact in size and suitable for both existing and new applications; however, it can be functionally replaced by the RVD58-20 valve in most scenarios due to comparable pressure and flow ratings, similar response rates, better pressure rise characteristics, smaller size, absence of dynamic seals, and competitive cost. Note that the VC08-2B cavity variation is required for this model, but some manifolds may allow for drop-in replacement without modifications.
