The Hydraforce 5600300.03.50 is a screw-in, cartridge-style, direct-acting, poppet-type hydraulic relief valve designed for lower flow circuits requiring minimal internal leakage. This model blocks flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to overcome the spring-opposed poppet. It features adjustments that cannot be backed out of the valve and offers a variety of pressure adjustment options, including non-adjustable factory presets. The adjustment options A, B, and C have positive stops to prevent springs from going solid. It supports optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi) and provides rapid response to pressure changes. The valve can also be configured for bi-directional pressure with an optional bi-directional pressure seal. Its compact size makes it suitable for applications where space is limited.
