The Hydraforce 5600001.07.3 (RV0820X) is a meticulously engineered hydraulic relief valve that operates as a screw-in, cartridge style, direct acting, poppet type valve designed specifically for lower flow circuits that demand minimal internal leakage. The RV0820X functions by blocking the flow from port 1 to port 2 until the pressure at port 1 is sufficient to displace the spring-opposed poppet from its seat, thereby allowing flow. This model stands out due to its robust design which prevents adjustments from being backed out of the valve, ensuring reliable and consistent performance. Key features of the RV0820X include a variety of pressure adjustment options such as nonadjustable factory presets and adjustable types A, B, and C with positive stops to prevent spring compression beyond limits. It also offers optional spring ranges up to 248 bar (3600 psi), ensuring versatility across different applications. The valve's design facilitates rapid response to changes in pressure and can be equipped with a bidirectional pressure seal option for enhanced functionality. This model is compact in size, making it suitable for applications where space is at a premium yet high performance is required. The RV0820X is positioned as an effective solution in hydraulic systems requiring precise pressure relief capabilities.
